Delivery inside Dhaka

We deliver our orders inside Dhaka city area through REDX courier service. You will receive it within 24-48 hours (but may take up to 5 days). You can advise the delivery person of your convenient time when contacted about the delivery.

Delivery outside Dhaka

We deliver our products outside Dhaka city area through REDX courier. You will receive your order within 48-72 hours (but may take up to 10 days). You can advise the delivery person of your convenient time when contacted about the delivery.

Delivery Charge

Inside Dhaka: Tk 90
Outside Dhaka: Tk 300.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping is offered on any order above Tk 7000.

Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bashaboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.

Basha will process your refund according to the following refund types

1. Refund from returns – Refund is processed once your item is returned to the warehouse and quality check is completed (successful).

2. Refunds from cancelled orders – Refund is automatically triggered once cancelation is successfully processed.

3. Refunds from failed deliveries – Refund process starts when the item has reached Basha’s warehouse. Please take note that this may take more time depending on the area of your shipping address.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected. Once we have received your product (4-5 working days) and it has undergone a quality control (2 working days), the expected refund processing time is between 2-10 business days.

Because our products are handmade, availability of products may vary. If no current stock is available for a product, we will contact you immediately and update you with the estimated time needed to deliver your order. We always aim to get the product(s) to you as quickly as possible.
